Returns

We carefully curate our products to ensure your satisfaction at store.oncloudtech.io. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy is designed to make things right.

• Return Window: You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Eligibility: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

• Restocking Fee: If a product is opened or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee, in line with industry standards. Returns may be denied if the product is significantly altered.

• Return Process: Contact support@oncloudtech.io to initiate a return. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Non-Returnable Items: Digital products or software licenses are non-returnable unless defective.
